Whether it's a long-term campus redevelopment or transit infrastructure upgrades, you'll guide projects from pre-construction through closeout with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, and collaboration. Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee contracts, finances, risks, scheduling, change orders, and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Lead weekly OAC meetings and assist with permitting processes</li><li>Collaborate on master schedules, procurement, subcontractor/supplier negotiations, and safety planning</li><li>Manage submittals, RFIs, and quality control processes</li><li>Ensure adherence to prevailing wage laws, codes, and best practices in public contracting</li><li>Coordinate bidding, estimation, and preconstruction activities</li><li>Perform constructability reviews, value engineering, and lifecycle cost analyses</li><li>Prepare complete project turnover packages, including warranties, as-builts, and final certifications</li><li>Track labor productivity and forecast staffing needs</li><li>Maintain strong client, subcontractor, and consultant relationships</li><li>Process billing, certified payroll, lien waivers, and insurance documentation</li><li>Manage change orders and maintain the change management log.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>5 to 10 years of experience in project management, ideally within public works or transportation sectors</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, or Procore experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with public contracting, prevailing wage compliance, and building codes</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordProjects are based in the Portland Metro Area.
